Trametsch, Plose, Brixen, Italy
Trametsch, Plose, Brixen, Italy. An experience and an insider tip, especially in the morning. Starting on the Plose, you can enjoy this legendary and extremely long slope. In total, you master a difference in altitude of 1400 m over a distance of 9 km! Photo (playing card) by Harald Wisthaler.

Skiing in the Dolomites
The ski area Mount Plose awaits you 7 km from Bressanone. From the peaks Plose and Pfannspitze (at approx. 2,500 m), more than 40 km of wide slopes and a breath-taking 360° panoramic view of the striking Dolomites spread out in front of you. If you ski down the 9 kilometres of the slope Trametsch (No. 1) from the Plose slope in one go, after the 1,400 m difference in altitude your thighs will probably be so hot that you could fry a raw egg on them. You don’t think so? Then give it a try but remember: “If it’s too long for you, you’re too weak!” This slope is the epitome of sporty skiing in the entire Dolomite region – a feeling of speed, space and freedom that is second to none.
