Conditions of participation

The following conditions apply to participation in the Instagram raffle “NICE TO SKI YOU T-Shirt” by Peter Erlach (“The organizer”), Schillerstr. 70, 10627 Berlin, Germany.

By participating, the participant agrees to the following conditions:

• The competition runs from March 9th, 2021 to March 11th, 2021 11:59 pm.
• A NICE TO SKI YOU t-shirt will be raffled off.
• Participants can comment their t-shirt size.
• The winner will be notified on March 12th, 2021.
• All persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
• Draw: The winner will be chosen at random from all legitimate participants.
• The competition has no connection to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram.
• The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the raffle who violate the conditions of participation or common decency and / or otherwise try to influence the raffle in an unfair and / or unfair manner.
• Participants agree to be contacted via Instagram private message if they win.
• Winner will be announced on Instagram.
• The prize is not transferable to third parties.
• There is no cash payment or vouchers in the amount of the economic value of the prize.
• Data protection notice: The winner’s first and last name as well as their full residential address will be recorded. These will only be used to send the prize. The legal basis for the collection of data is Art. 6 1) (b) GDPR. The participant can request information about the personal data stored about him at any time. In addition, the organizer’s privacy policy applies, which is available at https://nicetoskiyou.com/privacy-policy/.
• The organizer reserves the right to change these conditions of participation for justified reasons. The conditions of participation as well as the entire legal relationship between the participants and the organizer are subject exclusively to this
Law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected. Any recourse to courts of law is excluded.
